GTS–Green Cutter is designed for operations where hydrocarbon-bearing process waste may still have recoverable value, but its physical condition has become the barrier to efficient handling. Rather than treating highly viscous or hardened material simply as waste, the formulation helps operators keep that material within a controlled crude-handling and recovery workflow.

An important distinction is that GTS-Green Cutter is not positioned as a primary separation treatment. The formulation is designed to remain associated primarily with the treated hydrocarbon material and become part of the resulting liquefied crude, while existing water can continue to be managed through the operator’s established downstream separation or treatment processes.

This makes GTS-Green Cutter particularly relevant for tank bottoms, heavy crude residues, and hydrocarbon-bearing process wastes where the objective is to preserve handling options and determine whether the treated material can move toward recovery, reprocessing, or another appropriate disposition pathway.

Final disposition of treated material remains dependent on material characterization, testing, downstream process requirements, receiving-facility criteria, and applicable regulatory requirements. Material intended for recovery or reprocessing should be evaluated and accepted by the receiving facility before further use.
