GTS-Green Cutter

Is an effective bio solvent designed to liquefy heavy hydrocarbons, paraffin waxes, asphaltenes, and crude oil residues without the need for heat. It penetrates thick sludges and hardened deposits, restoring flowability and preventing re solidification during pumping, transfers, and cleaning operations, even in cold weather conditions.

The product breaks down cohesive hydrocarbon structures that cause crude waste and tank bottoms to thicken over time, allowing material to remain fluid, recoverable, and easier to manage. By eliminating the need for steam, hot oil circulation, or diesel-based cutters, GTS-Green Cutter supports safer operations, reduces energy use, and minimizes emissions in confined or weather challenged environments.

GTS-Green Cutter can be used on its own for immediate liquefaction and conditioning of heavy crude waste. When used in combination with GTS-Microbes, it adds a bioremediation benefit by improving microbial access to remaining hydrocarbons after cleaning, supporting in situ degradation of residual contamination. This approach allows operators to first condition and recovers heavy waste, then transition to biological treatment when long term remediation is required. Patent pending No.: 17/220,767.

Packaging

Available in 1-gallon containers (minimum 8), 5-gallon containers, 55-gallon drums, and 275-gallon totes. 

Shelf Life:
• Observed field stability: 10 plus years when stored unopened under normal conditions
