Is a proprietary, patent pending, non-hazardous and non-toxic formula for hydrocarbon contaminated soils that reduces TPH, VOC, LEL, BTEX to meet regulatory levels in a very short time (sometimes minutes) through a chemical oxidation process that produces harmless byproducts of water and carbon dioxide. Unlike other in-situ methods, GTS-Knockout-S doesn’t have limitation on its application due to type of soil or weather sensitivity since it doesn’t utilize Microbes, depending on the hydrocarbon levels, if extremely high concentrations, additional treatment or additional time may be needed to obtain desired results.

GTS-Knockout-S quickly reduces VOCs from gasoline spills, diesel spills, crude oil, waste oil and lubricants.

Industrial Applications

  • Oil & Gas industries
  • Storage vessels
  • Hazardous Waste Removal or Treatment
  • Odor Control
  • Water Plants
  • Environmental contractors
  • Excavation companies / Construction companies

Product Benefits

  • Dramatically reduces TPH, VOCs, LEL, BTEX levels (sometimes in minutes)
  • Air quality and air pollution concerns from volatile chemical evaporation are eliminated
  • Reduces worker exposure to hazardous volatile compounds
  • Minimize process time, labor requirements, cost, and downtime
  • Significantly reduce waste volumes
  • Reduce or eliminate the hydrocarbon footprint
  • Reduce or eliminate “Cradle to Grave” liabilities
  • A well planned turnaround has returned processing and crude units to full production in record time
  • Remediation can be accomplished in-place (In Situ).
  • Can remediate areas that are not easily accessible or are inaccessible to other technologies
  • Eliminates unpleasant odors from petroleum hydro-carbons and other decomposing organic materials
  • Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-combustible and non-pathogenic
  • Contains safe chemicals that are not SARA 313, DOT, California Proposition 65 or CERCLA reportable
  • Meets regulatory requirements for soil contamination (SCAQMD Rule 1166)
