State-of-the-Art Green Products for Post-Fire Challenges

Reducing Exposure to Harmful Elements for Workers, the Community, and the Environment After a Fire

Making Fire Cleanup Safer & More Sustainable

The recent Los Angeles fires have left behind significant damage, impacting first responders, families, businesses, and the environment. But recovery isn’t just about rebuilding—it’s about cleaning up safely and sustainably to protect workers, residents, air, water, and soil from harmful contaminants.

At ITS Environmental, we provide eco-friendly, microbial-based solutions designed to reduce VOC exposure, improve air quality, and support a safer, more effective cleanup—without adding to the waste burden.

  • Our patented GTS-VOC Suppressant/Bioremediator – Helps reduce toxic exposure by controlling volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the air, soil, and debris. SCAQMD Certified.
  • Our patented GTS-Oil Recovery (GTS-OR) Surface Cleaner/Bioremediator – EPA-approved as a surface cleaner and ranked #2 out of 57 products for safety and performance (Texas General Land Office/A&M University study).
  • Our patented GTS-2000 – A powerful, microbial-friendly cleaning product for fire-damaged surfaces and equipment.

Let’s Work Together

We are actively looking to connect with cleanup teams, environmental response companies, and organizations handling fire recovery efforts. If you are involved in fire cleanup operations, let’s talk about how our green solutions can support a safer, low-impact restoration process.

📩 Contact us today to discuss how we can help with your fire cleanup efforts.

The Danger Doesn’t End When the Fire Does

Even after the flames are out, toxic waste lingers in the air, soil, and water—posing serious health risks to communities.

Safe Cleanup Matters

Without proper solutions, these pollutants remain in our environment, impacting health and safety long after the fire is gone. Any steps we take to reduce these harmful elements contribute to better health and environmental protection.

Let’s Protect LA Together

Sustainable cleanup solutions can make a real difference. Learn how we can help reduce toxic exposure and support a safer, healthier recovery for our communities.

Community Concerns for Fire Cleanup

  • Toxic Exposure Risks – Residents fear exposure to hazardous ash, VOCs, asbestos, lead, and other toxins left behind from burned structures, electronics, and industrial sites.
  • Proper Disposal of Hazardous Debris – Concerns over where and how debris should be disposed of to prevent pollution. Some fear illegal dumping or improper disposal in landfills.
  • Water Contamination During Cleanup – Spraying debris with water alone could lead to contaminated runoff reaching storm drains, rivers, and drinking water supplies.
  • Airborne Contaminants During Debris Removal – Dust and VOCs can become airborne again when moving or disturbing debris, putting nearby communities at risk.
  • Post-Cleanup Soil & Water Testing – Is there proper environmental testing after cleanup to ensure the land and water are safe for rebuilding?
  • Use of Safe & Effective Suppressants – People worry about whether the chemicals used to control airborne toxins are eco-friendly and non-toxic or if they create new environmental hazards.

    Please Note:

While our products are safe and do not require extra safety gear, the areas being cleaned are extremely toxic. It is vital to follow federal guidelines by wearing proper protective equipment (goggles, gloves, and protective suits) and adhering to strict cleanup protocols to minimize health risks from the toxins present in rubble and ashes.

Protect yourself and your community with every spray and every precaution.
